How Velora Home Care protects client health information, and the rights you have over it.
Velora Home Care keeps information about clients’ health and care private. We use it only to plan and provide care, coordinate with your other care providers when you allow it, and meet our legal obligations.
You may ask to see or get a copy of your care records, ask us to correct them, ask who we have shared them with, and ask us to limit how we use or share them.
